Terms & Conditions *1. Registration Fee The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, no refund will be provided, whether the player participates or not. 2. Eligibility & Age Categories Each team must compulsorily include players from the following age categories: Under 16 – 1 player Under 19 – 2 players Remaining players must be from the senior category All players must submit valid age proof/identity documents at the time of registration. 3. Selection & Participation All registered players will be required to appear for district-level trials. Selection for the district team and further levels will be based solely on individual performance and talent. The decision of the organizers regarding selection shall be final and binding. 4. Discipline & Code of Conduct Players are expected to maintain proper discipline and sportsmanship at all times. The decisions of the umpires and match officials shall be final. Any form of misconduct or indiscipline may result in disqualification. 5. Responsibility & Safety Players are responsible for their own safety during matches. The organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the tournament. 6. Media & Promotion Matches may be live-streamed on YouTube and other social media platforms. By registering, players grant permission for the use of their photos and videos for promotional purposes. 7. Changes & Updates The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the rules, schedule, or venue if required. All updates will be communicated to participants in advance. 8. Dispute Jurisdiction In case of any dispute or disagreement, the local police authorities and the police station concerned with SPTC shall have jurisdiction.
