   SP Sports provides an online platform for booking and registering sports tournaments
   We do not sell physical products
   Registration fees are collected on behalf of tournament organizers
2. Eligibility
   Participants must meet the age and eligibility criteria defined for each tournament
   Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund
3. Tournament Registration
   Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
   Slots are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis
   Tournament details (date, venue, rules) are displayed on the website and may change due to operational reasons
4. Cancellation or Modification
   Tournament schedules, venues, or formats may be modified or cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances

SP Sports is not responsible for individual participant availability or travel arrangements

5. Limitation of Liability
   SP Sports is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages during tournaments
   Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and conduct
6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tonk, Rajasthan.

Refund Policy – SP Sports

This Refund Policy applies to tournament registration fees paid on https://sptc.co.in/ .

1. No Cancellation / No Refund
   Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.
   This includes:
   Change of mind
   Player unavailability
   Team withdrawal
   Match rescheduling
   Disqualification due to rule violations
2. Refund – Duplicate Transaction Only
   Refunds are strictly applicable only in case of duplicate payments, where a participant is charged more than once for the same tournament registration.
   Conditions:
   The duplicate transaction must be reported within 48 hours
   Valid transaction proof is mandatory
   Refund will be processed to the original payment method
3. Refund Timeline
   Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days
   Payment gateway or bank delays are beyond SP Sports’ control
